I'd rather not I don't think it would be advisable to Yes, well. Unfortunately, both my academic and personal responsibilities prevent me from attending the upcoming dance prom social dance, but I'm sure it'll be lots of fun for everyone who's going. I really don't do very well enjoy those situations, anyways, so it's not even like I'm really missing out at all!. So.
Anyways, I don't know if this will actually work, but I recently [...] brought back a pet rabbit who had been buried out on the quad. I couldn't bear to leave him out there (his head's a little lopsided), so I've been taking care of him. Ring any bells? I'm sure he'd love to be returned to his owner.
I've been calling him Rocket, in the meantime.

| six: talk it out. |

I know I tried setting this up last trimester right before finals, but I thought I might give it another shot this time around -- anybody taking Magic courses feel like getting together for some kind of online study group? The implementation of web discussion boards is pretty widespread in mainland trade schools and universities, and we might be able to benefit. I know a lot of us spend a lot of time online anyways for homework or social networking purposes, so this could very well just be a handy hybrid of the two. There's also the convenience of having all discussions documented on the server for subsequent review.
Any thoughts, questions, or suggestions can be addressed in the journal comments herein. Let me know if you're interested!

Well, I've successfully selected my classes for the coming trimester. And of course, Dr. Odd, I look forward to this term's seminar. Now I just have to explain to my mother why I've neglected to inquire regarding Dean von Kyphos's reanimation lecture.

Well! I'm certainly glad that everyone has returned to this time, dimension, and general location! I heard there was also a party but I wasn't invited, so, so I'm assuming that no one was unduly traumatized by their experiences, haha!
Anyways, I'm leaving Neopolis for a brief trip back home to Boston, so. On the off chance that anyone needs to contact me, I'll be answering text messages and phone calls intermittently.

I see I've missed a lot since the end of exams.
Sorry I haven't been a more constant presence in the retrieval effort, but my mother suggested a brief visit to my hometown and I've only recently been made aware of the current situation. If there's anything that I can do to help either my peers or any members of the faculty from my current position in the present (2009, that is), please don't hesitate to let me know. I have both some degree of magical expertise, an extensive personal library, and the Internet at my disposal.

( PRIVATE. )
Everyone's doing well on their finals, I trust hope? I'm still not sure as to whether or not I'll be staying on campus Friday for Dean Lethbridge's presentation -- it's bound to be fascinating, but I'm not sure I'll be able to give it the attention it deserves by the end of exams. What's the general consensus, NA?

| one: time place manner. |

I'm glad the ruckus in the common room area has subsided. I like wanton debauchery parties as much as the next person, but there's a time and a place for it. Some of us have some difficult demons finals coming up, after all.
And speaking of finals, I was wondering if anyone in either the Spellcrafting II course or Curses & Hexes would like to participate in an online discussion study group with me. I know we're all pretty busy people, but I find that talking it out can be a very effective means of comprehension and retention. Plus, hashing it out on a private message board or Google Documents collaboration means that contributions can be made in your own time, with all the notes being saved on the database for review later on. And I won't actually have to talk to anyone face to face. So there's that!
